Ordering and Delivery
Kaiku Acoustics is a Finnish company that produces premium wooden headphones. Our company combines Finnish craftsmanship with the latest technology, using only high-quality materials to ensure excellent sound quality and durability.
Products are shipped from Finland. All prices always include VAT. Shipping costs are added to the total price.
All products in stock are shipped within 5 days of ordering. Orders are delivered to the pickup point selected at checkout. Within Finland, deliveries are handled by Posti. Delivery time in Finland is 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at your chosen Posti location. Shipping costs to Finland are €15.
Warranty and Service
We stand behind our products. All our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or flaws. In other words, the usability and quality of the product remain normal during the warranty period. Products will be repaired or replaced if any manufacturing or structural defects are found. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or use contrary to the intended purpose, including but not limited to water damage or excessive bending of the frame. If you notice a defect in your product, please contact our customer service.

Returns
Our products come with a 14-day return policy. The return period ends 14 days after you receive the shipment. Products can be returned after contacting our customer service. For products damaged during transport, please contact our customer service immediately.
Note: Returns are only accepted for unused products in their original packaging.
