Kaiku Acoustics is a Finnish company that manufactures high-quality wooden headphones. Our company combines traditional Finnish craftsmanship with the latest technology and uses only premium materials to ensure excellent sound quality and durability.
 

Kaiku Acoustics products are designed and manufactured in Finland. Products are shipped from Finland. All prices include VAT. Shipping costs will be added to the price.
 

All in-stock products will be shipped within 5 days of the order. Products will be delivered to the pick-up point of your choice at checkout. Within Finland, Posti handles the delivery. Delivery time within Finland is 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick-up at your chosen Posti pick-up point. Shipping costs to Finland are €15.
 

Warranty and Service

We stand behind our products. We offer a 2-year warranty for all of our products starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues related to the product. In other words, the product’s functionality and quality remain normal during the warranty period. The product will be repaired or replaced with a new one if it shows manufacturing or structural defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or use for unintended purposes. This includes, for example, water damage or excessive bending of the frame. If you notice a defect in the product, please contact our customer service.
